Over the last 12 months our 3 bedroom Glandore cottage and 2 bedroom home at Hallett Cove has welcomed the following guests from overseas and around Australia.

3 families, from South Africa – one family decided to stay at both Glandore and Hallett Cove, to experience life closer to the city and also south of Adelaide before they settled. |

5 families migrated from the UK who finally settled at Hallett Cove, Aldinga, Mt Barker and Golden Grove |

A mother and daughter from the Philippines – migrating to Adelaide – the mother really liked that there was a K-Mart at the Glandore property and I referred them to a rental around the corner which they secured! |

Artists performing at the Adelaide Festival who found it relaxing to be away from the centre of the city but close enough to commute from the Glandore property and enjoyed the big back garden on their breaks |

A family of 4 from Poland who asked many questions about bank accounts, long term rental leases, schools for their children language needs (LOTE), how to locate temporary work |

Glandore also enjoyed a few short term bookings during Easter and long weekends from holiday makers from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth |

Currently a lovely couple and two children from Greece who liked the Glandore area so much they have rented a long term rental just around the corner |

A lovely New Zealand couple stayed for 2 months at the Hallett Cove home with their 2 lovely elderly cats…who loved to look at the lorikeets….just looking though |

Hallett Cove is also coming off a six month booking from a family who were working nearby at the Desalination Plant |

In the coming months we welcome a couple from South Africa, visiting family living in the nearby area; repeat guests from the UK staying for three weeks to holiday with their son’s family (who live around the corner); and a couple from the Netherlands staying for 3 weeks in April 2011 (visiting their children nearby) |

The photos on the internet does not do justice to the cottage, we had a wonderful time in Hallet Cove, but the cottage was just the icing on the cake so thank you Kris and we hope to stay again, you truly thought of everything!!!! |
